For nearly 70 years, Cobblestone Baking Corp has been creating definitely delicious cakes, pastries, cookies and treats from trusted “original” recipes that use fresh, natural ingredients– like butter, eggs, sugar, enriched flour and imported chocolate.

Our proud history begins in the 1960s, with the founding of The Pastry House Inc. In 2013, the La Ferlita family, which has been in the baking business since 1946, formed Cobblestone Bakery. Today, led by brothers Frank and Mike La Ferlita, our wholesale bakery in Wyandanch, New York remains a family-operated business boasting more than three generations of experience.
